By accessing, the My Sara Store website, any other feature or other My Sara Store platforms, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all these Terms, then you may not use Our Website. In these Terms, “we”, “us” , “our” or “My Sara Store” refers to My Sara Store, and “you” or “your” refers to you as the user of our Website and other training resources.

We may modify these Terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on Our Website, these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. If you do not wish to continue using the Service under the new version of Agreements, you may terminate your account / Services by contacting us by emailing the support. These policies and procedures apply to all My Sara Store products sold on this site

Payments, Cancellations, and Refund policy

4.1 Billing

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers.

A customer can purchase any Courses or training(s) program offered by My Sara Store through different payment options like, VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Razor Pay depending upon which ones are currently being provided by Payment Gateway facility.

After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of My Sara Store through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.

4.2 Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best training programs, but if you don’t get the desired results even after following every step of our learning style, you can claim your money back!

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

with Subject: REFUND <Product Name> & Invoice No

5.1 Access to Previous Purchases

As an accommodation to you, after acquiring My Sara Store training, you may download recorded sessions of acquired training (when available) onto any Associated Device. Some My Sara Store training or services that you purchased may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, and My Sara Store shall have no liability to you in such event. As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired content or training, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.

My Sara Store reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.

  1. Customer Support

For customer support with account-related and payment-related questions, please contact our Customer Service Department using the Customer Service contact us on the Get in Touch With Us section of our website. We will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all Customer Support Queries within a reasonable time frame but we make no promises that any Customer Support Queries will be responded to within any particular time frame and/or that we will be able to answer any such queries.

For all the paid members, a dedicated support system is designed and details of the same are shared upon registration under any program(s).

  1. Rights you grant us

On acceptance of Terms & Conditions by a user, the user gives his/her explicit permission to call or contact the user via SMS or email through any medium which My Sara Store deems fit.

We reserve the right to feature your picture in any photos, videos, or other promotional material used by us.

Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other certification training courses offered by us. However, we shall not distribute or share your personal information with any third party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.

Earnings Disclaimer and Certifications

6.1 Income Disclaimer

While we make every effort to ensure that we accurately represent all the products and services reviewed on this website and their potential for income, it should be noted that earnings and income statements made by My Sara Store and its advertisers/sponsors are estimates only of what we think you can possibly earn based on previous trainees achievements or Job market trends. There is no guarantee that you will make these levels of income and you accept the risk that the earnings and income statements differ by individual.

As with any business, your results may vary and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience. The testimonials and examples used are exceptional results, which do not apply to the average purchaser and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation.

6.2 Certification

On completion of any training with My Sara Store, a certification of completion will be provided by us to the trainee, but in order to achieve Certification from the dedicated Institution like Oracle, Microsoft, DevOps Institute etc., an individual will be required to clear the certification exam.

  1. Severability, Waiver, and Interpretation

Unless as otherwise stated in the Agreements, should any provision of the Agreements be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreements, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.

Any failure by My Sara Store or any third party beneficiary to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive My Sara Store’s or the applicable third party beneficiary’s right to do so.

As used in Terms, the words “include” and “including”, and variations thereof will be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”

  2.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold My Sara Store harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to:

  • Your breach of the Agreements or any one of them;

  • Any User Content you share or otherwise contribute;

  • Any activity in which you engage on or through the My Sara Store Service; and

  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
